How We Score Products

Product listings do not necessarily have a completed evaluation. This page explains the scoring reference, the limits of historical score records, and how review claims are represented.

seliqor-index-v1 is currently a shadow methodology. The weights document its calculation definition; existing product scores have not been recalculated as part of this page update, and a legacy label alone does not prove which formula produced a score.

Does a directory listing mean a product has been evaluated?
No. A listing means the product appears in the directory; it does not by itself mean a completed evaluation or a published score.
Do the weights below explain every score currently shown?
No. These weights describe seliqor-index-v1, which remains a shadow reference. A historical score is attributed to that formula only when its saved version and calculation evidence match.
Does Seliqor claim hands-on testing for every product?
No. Hands-on testing is claimed only when the specific evaluation has supporting records; research may also use vendor documentation and automated collection.
What does an editorial review record cover?
Reviewer attribution and approval apply to the recorded content version. A new import or observation does not by itself mean every claim was rechecked.
