Research is not hands-on testing
A listing based on vendor documentation, publicly available sources or AI-assisted research must not be interpreted as hands-on testing. We describe hands-on testing only where the specific product evaluation has supporting records.
Scope and limitations
Any reported test should identify the product version, plan, environment, date and limits that affect the result. A test of one plan does not establish performance or availability across every plan or region.
Ratings and benchmarks
Vendor claims, user ratings and editorial scores are different kinds of information. Missing test results or review counts are not filled with estimates presented as observed facts.
